Where is Eachanari?
Eachanari is in south Coimbatore on Pollachi Main Road, between Sundarapuram and Malumichampatti. It's best known for the Eachanari Vinayagar Temple on the main road, and for its colleges: Karpagam Academy of Higher Education and the Rathinam group, along with Rathinam TechZone.
Getting around
- City buses: Pollachi Main Road has frequent buses towards Ukkadam and Gandhipuram. Ukkadam is the main bus stand for the south of the city.
- Autos and app cabs: easy to find on the main road. Agree the fare before you get into an auto.
- Trains: Coimbatore Junction is reachable by bus via Ukkadam, or by cab.
- Walking: if you stay near your college or office, you may not need daily transport at all.

Pollachi Main Road has shops, pharmacies, ATMs, mobile shops and eateries within easy reach of our branches. In your first week, set up a local SIM if you need one, find the nearest pharmacy and ATM, and save your warden's number.
Weather
Coimbatore is known for its pleasant climate compared with much of Tamil Nadu. Days can be warm in April and May, and the city gets rain in the monsoon months, especially October and November. Keep an umbrella and a light jacket for breezy evenings.
