A ladies hostel on Pollachi Main Road

KPR Nest is the first branch of our group and the one most families visit first. It stands at No. 72, VIP City Cosmo Square, right on Pollachi Main Road in Eachanari, so buses to Gandhipuram, Ukkadam and Pollachi stop close by.

The building is new, with four floors of rooms opening onto wide, well-lit corridors. Rooms come in 2, 3 and 4 sharing, each with cots, mattresses and a cupboard for every resident.

Food cooked in our own kitchen

Meals are made fresh every day in the KPR Nest kitchen: a hot breakfast, a full South Indian lunch and dinner. If you'd rather eat outside, choose the without-food rent and pay less.

Hot water, clean water, steady routine

Solar water heaters on the terrace give hot water through the day. An RO plant supplies purified drinking water, and the bathrooms have western toilets and tiled walls that are cleaned daily.

CCTV covers the gate, entrance and corridors, and the gate is managed at night, so parents know who comes in and out.

Who stays at KPR Nest

Most residents are students at Karpagam Academy of Higher Education and Rathinam colleges, and young women working at Rathinam TechZone and offices along Pollachi Road and L&T Bypass. Our next-door branch, Lovely Nest, shares the same address block if KPR Nest is full.
