Cooked in our own kitchen
Meals for our residents are cooked every day in the KPR Nest kitchen, not ordered in. The menu is mostly South Indian, with chapati and a little North Indian for variety. Drinking water comes from our RO plant.
A typical day of meals
- Morning: coffee or tea, then idli, dosa, pongal or chapati
- Afternoon: rice with sambar, rasam, poriyal and curd
- Evening: tea and a light snack
- Night: chapati, dosa, parotta or variety rice

With food or without food?
Every branch offers both plans. Here's what the food plan adds to a 4 sharing room:

Three meals a day for around ₹4,500 a month works out far cheaper than eating out in Coimbatore, and you don't have to plan or cook.

Nilaa Stay in Ayyappa Nagar comes with a fridge, mixie and gas stove for residents. Many working women there cook their own food and pay the lower rent, from ₹4,000 a month.
